How to make this Candy Coated Pecans? - First Preheat oven to 275°. - Line a cookie sheet with waxed, or parchment paper, and spray with cooking spray. -Beat one egg white with whisk until stiff and fluffy. -Whisk in 1 cup of firmly packed brown sugar and 1 tsp of vanilla until smooth and creamy. -With a wide spoon, stir in 4 cups of whole pecans until evenly coated. -Pour nut mixture onto the baking sheet and separate as much as possible. -Bake until brown, about 15 to 20 minutes. -Remove tray from the oven and let cool. - If you want make it twist of flavor, you can add substitute strawberry, cherry or amaretto extract for the vanilla.
